Our generation roadmap.
Biomass is our backbone. Below are the generation and storage technologies on our roadmap.
01Core technology
Direct-combustion biomass.
Coconut and crop residue fires a boiler, and the steam drives a turbine for firm, dispatchable 24/7 power. It is simple, proven and bankable.
| Technology | Stage | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Direct-combustion biomass | Core | Boiler and steam turbine on coconut and crop residue. Baseload power for the AI factory. |
| Waste-heat reuse | Core | Recovered heat for fuel drying and absorption cooling. |
| Biochar co-production | Next | Converts part of the residue into stable biochar for durable soil carbon storage. Central to our carbon-negative goal. |
| Biogas | Next | Anaerobic digestion of wet coconut and processing waste. |
| Solar and battery | Next | Low-cost daytime generation with storage for resilience. |
| Energy storage | Next | Battery and thermal storage to firm supply and support ride-through. |
| Green hydrogen and fuel cells | Future | Potential long-duration storage and backup as costs decline. |
| Municipal waste-to-energy, including gasification | Separate stream | Potential route for plastics and non-recyclable waste. It contains fossil carbon, so it would be tracked separately and never counted toward our carbon-negative pathway. |
Indicative roadmap. Technologies are adopted only when technically, commercially and environmentally sound.
